1. About MemePageOS
MemePageOS is a platform that allows creators to sell merchandise to their audiences.
Each store on MemePageOS is operated by an independent creator. MemePageOS provides the technology, infrastructure, and order processing system.
Merchandise is produced and fulfilled by our print partner(s).
2. Orders & Payments
All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or other supported gateways).
MemePageOS does not store your full payment information.
Once an order is placed, production begins shortly after and orders cannot always be modified or canceled.
3. Shipping Policy
Orders are produced on demand and shipped by our fulfillment partner(s).
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary based on destination and product type.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Production time
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (for international orders)
MemePageOS and creators are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for size, color choice, or change of mind.

We work with professional print partners to ensure quality products.
Colors, placement, and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to printing and display differences.
Creators are responsible for the designs they upload and sell on their store.
6. Creator Responsibility & Content
Each store is operated by an independent creator.
Creators are responsible for:
- The content and designs they publish
- Ensuring they have the rights to any images, text, or designs they use
- Ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and platform rules
MemePageOS reserves the right to remove content or suspend stores that violate legal or platform policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs remain the property of their respective creators.
You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute designs or products without permission from the creator.
8. Privacy Policy
We collect only the information required to process orders and operate the platform, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Shipping address
- Order details
Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers and is not stored by MemePageOS.
We may use your email to:
- Send order confirmations
